    Review risk score inputs, feedback loops, and silent model drift — without pretending scores are ground truth.

  4. Webhook & idempotency deep dive

    Lab work on signature verification, replay windows, and duplicate capture scenarios.

  5. Control narrative studio

    Draft memos for product, legal, and partner audiences. Peer critique focuses on overclaiming.

  6. Evidence pack & readout

    Assemble an index, prioritize findings, and practice an executive readout under time pressure.
