Refund Policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid Cloudappsdeveloper learning programs confirmed by invoice or enrollment agreement.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for live cohorts and team immersions when cancellation meets the timeframes below. Self-paced library access is refundable only if materials have not been downloaded and less than 14 days have passed since purchase confirmation.
Timeframe
For Ledger Room live cohorts, full refund requests must arrive at least 14 calendar days before the first live session. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund. Within 6 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Cloudappsdeveloper cancels the cohort.
Full vs. partial refunds
Full refunds return 100% of tuition paid for the affected enrollment. Partial refunds typically equal 50% of tuition when cancellation falls in the 13–7 day window, reflecting reserved instructor time and seat hold. After the first live session begins, no refund is issued for voluntary withdrawal, though transfers to a later cohort may be offered at our discretion.
Non-refundable items
Third-party examination fees (if any), custom data preparation already performed for Control Floor immersions, and completed private workshops are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked as non-refundable on the invoice remain non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@cloudappsdeveloper.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, program name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask clarifying questions.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Banking networks may take additional time to post credit.
Refund method
Refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Wire payments may be refunded by wire to the originating account; you are responsible for any intermediary bank fees deducted by your institution.
Cancellation by Cloudappsdeveloper
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for travel costs you independently arranged.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies, mandatory military service obligations in Korea, or employer-forced travel that conflicts with more than 50% of live sessions may qualify for expanded remedies, evaluated case by case.
